International Justice has caught up with the torturers who taught themselves forgotten by history. But history has a heart, it remembers all. And it is precisely this collective conscience which has caught up with 28 persons in charge of the Polisario and Algeria. A complaint was registered in the “National audience”, the highest Spanish penal judicial institution by sahraoui victims.
It is the civil society of south Morocco who decided to repair this offence to the memory, supported by the sahraoui Association for defense of human rights (ASADEDH). Defended by the Tenor of the Spanish Bar Jose Manuel Romero, Saadani Maoulainine, Dahi Aguai, and Hosein Baida Abdelaziz deposited a complaint this Friday morning. The import of this judicial document is considerable, given the personality of the defendants, who do not count among them less than four Algerian senior officers, illustrating the support of this country to the Guerrilla movement of the Polisario Front.
